A couple weeks ago, I heard a radio personality talking about how Superbowl tickets were going for $4300! Holy shnikes! So, it made me start thinking about what I would do if I had an extra $4300 just lying around. What would I do with that kind of cash, if I had to do something "not practical" with it? If you know me at all, you know that I'd probably put it in the bank and save it. In fact, if this proposed "economic stimulus check" truly does land in my mailbox, that is likely what I will do with it... Put it in the bank. But, what if you just happened to have an extra four grand? Suppose you did and suppose you weren't allowed to spend it on practical things like bills, mortgages, savings, etc. What would you spend it on? (This means you are supposed to comment and tell me what you'd do with it.)
Me? I'd probably spend it on a trip with my husband or I'd buy several round trip tickets to CA to see friends and family... especially to Northern Cali, so I'd be able to see my friend and her baby boy whenever I wanted. Oh, and I'd get massages. Lots and lots of massages. Who doesn't love a good, deep tissue massage?!?
Sometimes it is just fun to dream. So, tell me, what would you do with that extra cash?

Definitely go on an exotic trip... or maybe to sight see in Europe... but definitely a trip!!! :)

I would get my daughter, her husband, new baby when he is borned along with my son Brian,Debi,Houston, Tyler, Austyn and Dallas and spend one on one time with all of them together. Just enjoy each other talk, play games and this would all take place at the beach.
I would definitely take a trip...maybe two with that kind of cash. I agree about pampering with massages and probably a pedicure too. Maybe Gracie and I would go on a Mommy daughter shopping spree. But alas...I am much to practial like you. Our economic stimulus check is going to savings (along with the tax return check). :) Oh well.
I would definitely take our family on a trip....I would take all of us to Oregon to visit friends and family, but this is where Curt and I differ....I have so many friends in Oregon who have had new babies in the last year (including my dear college roommate) and I would love to have the chance to meet all the babies and take Asher to the Oregon coast. Also, my Uncle is a firefighter in downtown Portland and it would be so cool for Asher to go in the fire truck!!
I'd get me and Tony and my parents tickets to WI for this summer to see my sister's baby. That would only take about 1k, so with the rest, I'd get saltwater aquarium, new bedroom set, and as many massages as humanly possible.
Cooking school and new gadgets for my kitchen! Plus some time in Disneyland! Oh wait, better, Disneyworld!
I'd probably use some of it on me and some of it on making others happy... :)
